HTA have worked closely with Brent and the GLA to deliver this high quality project.
It is envisaged that this site will form part of a broader regeneration of the Wembley area and will enhance and help to create a distinctive urban residential neighbourhood, reinforcing the vision of good quality, high density housing and setting the standard for subsequent phases of development.
The scheme was developed with Modern Construction Methods at its core. The tower, hotel and residential units are all proposed to be prefabricated volumetric construction.
