
Steve has been with the company since 2001, working on a range of projects within the UK and internationality. He provides design direction across all Architectural projects within the practice and works with his team of Design Leaders to champion innovation in housing design.
In 2007 Steve became a main board director and assumed responsibility for the delivery and quality of all Architectural design work carried out in the practice. Recent projects include:
Simon joined HTA after finishing his degree in Architecture in 1998. He worked on a number of estate regeneration projects in London and then became part of the team which delivered the first stock transfer in Scotland at the Ardler Estate in Dundee.
Since qualifying as an Architect he has been involved in the creation of 537 affordable homes and sheltered housing flats in Gibraltar, the regeneration of the 850 dwellings at the Muirton estate in Perth, Scotland and the restoration and extension of a grade II listed Georgian terrace on Baker Street in London.
Simon’s role at HTA is now as Associate Design Director and since assuming this position he has led successful bids for the £60,000 house in the high profile Design for Manufacture competition with Barratt Homes, for high rise residential blocks near Greenwich’s Millennium Dome in London and for 3,500 homes for the Sustainable Urban Extension in Lawley, Telford as well as leading the Hanham Hall and Osprey Quay design teams.
Paul started as an architect at HTA in 2003, and since then has worked on a wide range of projects. These have included designing housing and hostel schemes for the Government of Gibraltar and gaining planning consent for a commercial/ residential development along Stroud Green Road in Islington.
Recently Paul led the team preparing a full planning application for an EcoHomes ‘Excellent’ development at Campbell Park in Milton Keynes.
