Tuesday Talks - Anna Sabine-Newlyn and Frank Browne, MPC
Anna Sabine-Newlyn and Frank Browne from MPC will be joining us to speak about how pro-active community consultation can actively facilitate development.
Anna is CEO of MPC and with a background in political campaigns and the voluntary sector, she has worked for the company across England in a diverse range of sectors. She is particularly interested in the challenges presented by large scale residential development, and has worked on major strategic schemes for a range of clients including Standard Life, the University of Reading, McLaren Property and Mayfield Market Towns. As Chief Executive, Anna oversees MPC’s major schemes, as well as supporting the leadership team to grow their individual offices and establish MPC as the leading public affairs consultancy in the planning and development industries.
Frank Browne is director of the company, and has been an active member of the Conservative Party for over 25 years. He served as a unitary councillor for 12 years; six as council leader where he was politically responsible for a budget of £250m, 4000 staff and key services including education, social services, housing, planning and highways. He has significant experience of issue led and political campaigns and is the author of a number of articles for various industry publications including Public Affairs.
