As HR Assistant Andrea’s role is to work closely with the HR Manager to provide an effective and efficient all-round HR administration/operations service. Her key responsibilities include recruitment; carrying out all the administrative processes in the recruitment cycle, organising the new joiners induction process and records, and administering all training evaluation activities. In addition to this, ensuring the HR database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details, assisting the HR Manager with the staff leaver administration process and provide full day-to-day HR Administrative support.

Prior to joining HTA, Andrea worked at Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest charity for Dogs. She was appointed as a HR Administrator, preparing HR documents and providing HR administrative support. She was also assisting senior staff with writing reports following minute taking and maintaining up to date employee information.

Prior to working at Dogs Trust, Andrea was working at Polyteck Building Services as a Resident Liaison Officer and later on as a Contracts Administrator for a social housing client. Whilst there, she won a WOW award (voted by residents) for providing excellent customer service. Her main responsibility was to monitor and maintain tenants’ satisfaction and to manage/resolve difficulties and complaints by liaising with all parties involved.
