Eve joined HTA in 2013 as a Project Architect and has worked on a variety of residential-led regeneration projects within the practice. She worked within architectural practice over 13 years, during which she has gained design experience in a range of sectors. In 2015 Eve moved to Bristol and has since been developing a base for the company in the South West region.

Prior to joining HTA Design in 2013, Eve worked as a Project Architect for TFP Farrells in Hong Kong from 2010, undertaking masterplans and mixed-use projects for a range of clients. Before working abroad, she worked for Powell Dobson Architects in the UK from 2007 to 2010 on a variety of residential, mixed use and leisure projects. Including a pilot project for the Welsh Assembly Government of an affordable housing development in Newport.

She undertook both her Degree and Masters at the Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University and worked for Pentan Partnership Architectural Practice after completing her degree in 2004. She completed her Part 3 Studies at Bath University whilst working abroad.

Eve has also worked for an architectural practice in Auckland, New Zealand and in Cape Town, South Africa for Architecture for Humanity. She has also been involved in various international development projects in developing countries working with non-profit organisations and aid agencies.

Eve has been fortunate to travel to different countries and experience a range of diverse cultures and has since developed a keen interest in vernacular architecture. Combined with her enthusiasm for sustainable design and international development, she has learnt to consider the social implications of architecture and the importance of a holistic design approach.

Ravenbury Estate, Merton – Project Leader (Associate). Part of the wider Merton Regeneration by Circle Housing of three estates including Ravensbury, Eastfields and High Path in Merton, South London. The masterplan vision for regeneration of the estate, includes new homes and refurbishment of some existing homes. Design of the outline planning application for the estate masterplan and detailed design and planning application for phase one. Community consultation for both the masterplan and phase one site.

Heartlands, Cornwall – Project Leader (Associate). Hybrid planning application for Carillion-Igloo and Coastline Homes for new homes adjacent to a World Heritage site in Cornwall. Design of the masterplan and development of the design code for the Custom Build homes, leading to the detailed development of site prior to the first Custom Build plots being released for sale.

Foxhill Estate, Bath – Project Leader (Associate). Masterplan for regeneration of the existing estate adjacent to Mulberry Park site in Bath for the housing association Curo. Design of the outline planning application for the estate and community consultation.

St.Mungos Broadway – Project leader (Associate). Development of the brief and feasibility studies for a new Recovery College for the homeless charity St.Mungo’s Broadway working in conjunction with the social housing provider L&Q.

New Avenue, Enfield – Project Architect.  Winning bid submission for the redevelopment of New Avenue estate for Countryside Homes.

Eve is currently developing feasibility studies for Reading Council covering a range of sites within the district.
