Haker joined HTA in 2010, became a Senior Architectural Designer in 2014 and an Associate in 2017.
At HTA Haker plays a lead role in coordinating consultant teams and delivering detailed drawing packages for complex residential projects working closely with clients such as Berkeley Homes, St. George, Countryside Properties etc.
Through his experiences running team-based projects, Haker has developed particular expertise in setting up and running CAD systems for large and challenging projects. Building on this experience, he has become HTA’s CAD Manager and plays a strategic role in establishing the CAD setup for new projects.
He also provides office wide training in AutoCAD and HTA’s in-house CAD tools & protocols.
Haker is currently working on a large complex, high end residential project in Chelsea Harbour for St. George London.
A seven storey, 141 units, mixed tenure apartment block with two cores and a large shared underground car park. He is responsible for package coordination with other consultants and Day to Day client correspondence. He is also responsible for managing and running a large team at HTA.
Prior to moving to London, Haker registered as an architect in his home country Cyprus. He has over 15 years of UK experience in a range of sectors including residential and commercial. Before joining HTA, he worked for a variety of large multi-disciplinary practices including SMC Group (later renamed Norr Consultants) where he was Project Architect for a flight training centre in Burgess Hill; developing the design from feasibility stage through to successful completion.
