Hussain has been involved in many aspects of projects big and small in his time at HTA. Branding and delivery of multiple large-scale bid documents, creation of a vision direction for Dunton Hills Garden Village project in Brentwood as well as a new brand identity for Naas Road (The Motorworks) wayfinding strategy for a regeneration site in Dublin are amongst recent work already completed, with ongoing brand creation and community engagement projects well underway.

Prior to joining HTA, Hussain had worked as a digital and print designer for an award winning multi-disciplinary agency in Stirling. The role allowed Hussain to work in all aspects of design, from exhibition stands, web design, editorial and packaging. His work is driven by making a strong visual impact by combining various styles and techniques as a way to follow an idea and in clarifying the content of each project.

Hussain graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 2013 where he studied graphic design. Since graduating from university Hussain has worked with some high profile brands which include, Highland Spring, Tesco, Morrisons and The Edinburgh Dungeon.

Previously Hussain has worked on jobs ranging from large-scale residential marketing for projects such as Studio Dundee and Edinburgh Park as well as many major commercial projects including Aylesbury Now, 25 – 33 Parkhouse Street and Addiscombe Road in Croydon. Involvement in these projects ranged across project and production management, design, branding and creative direction.

Hussain is currently involved in a number of sales and marketing projects and bids which include an interactive phasing map for Winstanley and brand identities for Padnall Lake. His role is to ensure consistency throughout all the work produced in the Edinburgh office.
