Imke joined HTA in July 2014 as an Architect in Simon Bayliss’s team. Since July 2021, Imke has become a Senior Architect. 

She started on three residential blocks at Chelsea Creek for St George Developments and since then she has been fully occupied delivering Greenford Green modular blocks for Greystar. Since December 2021 Imke is design guardian for LB Southwark – Aylesbury Contract B.

Imke has over 25 years of experience with international exposure in private and public sector projects. Including master planning, private residential developments and large urban regeneration projects. She has worked with clients, consultants, and manufacturers to bring residential master plans through from feasibility, to planning and construction stages.

Imke is well experienced in the UK housing sector. Having worked on a whole range of residential schemes in the Greater London Area, for both the public sector and national developers. Before joining HTA, she gained experience with Sprunt Ltd as an Architect for over 11 years on many schemes. This spanned various sectors, including education, health and residential. Previously, Imke worked for 5 years in private practices in Germany & India on a range of residential and commercial projects, comprising of town planning and number of projects from conceptual design to completion.

At HTA Imke has started three high end residential blocks at Chelsea Creek for St George Developments. Before joining the team for Wood Wharf G1/G5 for the Canary Wharf Group at tender stage. In the last years Imke focused on a number of off-site projects: Block 4,5 and 8 of the Greenford Quay masterplan, as well as on Valentine’s Pub/Grants Hill and Bonnington Walk. On these projects Imke has been responsible for unit layout development and schedules, package coordination, construction drawings, reports and liaising with external consultants

Currently Imke is working as Senior Architect on Greenford Green Block 8, comprising 354 units for Greystar, focussing on a fully coordinated tender package and now working towards construction.

Further Imke is design guardian for LB Southwark – Aylesbury FDS, Contract B, representing the Employer’s interests, advising on compliance with the Employers Requirements and monitoring the design and progress.
