Since joining HTA in 2017, Jason has worked as Project Architect coordinating the planning application for the Belgrave and Grosvenor estate regeneration project in the South Norwood Conservation Area, Croydon.

Jason completed his Masters with Distinction at The Bartlett. Before joining HTA, Jason worked at Alison Brooks Architects as an Architect from planning through to construction on Plots M1 and M2 of the North-West Cambridge Development Masterplan for Cambridge University. Jason led the detail resolution of complex housing typologies whilst monitoring full BIM level 2 compliance. Jason also coordinated the preliminary design for a mixed-use tower scheme, which formed part of the Greenwich Peninsula Masterplan.

During his time at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, Jason coordinated a successful bid for a residential scheme on a brownfield site at The Royal Docks and the planning application for one of Belfast’s tallest PRS schemes. He also led the detail design for the layout, structural and mechanical packages for a large science and technology higher education project in Dublin.

During his time at HTA, Jason has worked as Project Architect on the Belgrave and Grovesnor project in the South Norwood Conservation Area in Croydon. Jason has coordinated with relevant stakeholders up to planning submission, in preparation for detail design.

Jason is also coordinating redevelopment opportunities in Palmers Green and a residential based masterplan for a Kingston build to rent scheme.
