Monika joined HTA in August 2014 as an Architectural Technologist and she was promoted to Senior Architectural Technologist in August 2017.

She studied at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Poland where she gained her Diploma in Master of Geography and Urban Planning and Spatial Management in 2000. She then gained her Bachelor of Science (Hons) Architectural Technology in London South Bank University in 2007 and completed her professional qualification culminating in her MCIAT accreditation in 2013.

Monika is well experienced in the UK housing sector, having worked on a whole range of residential schemes in Poland, Jersey and Greater London Area, as well as bespoke high-end residential projects in Central London for both the public sector, national developers and private clients. Her experience ranges from small scale residential to large scale regeneration developments including tower blocks in London. 

She worked in a variety of multi-disciplinary practices in Poland, Jersey and London. She has over 12 years experience working on a range of projects developing the design from a planning level and the feasibility stage through to successful completion. Monika also spent two years working closely with interior designers to develop luxury houses in Central London. She has experience in mixed use projects and commercial but has particular interest in residential area.

Recently at HTA Monika has been working with team on three residential blocks at Chelsea Creek for St George Developments and this has included the fit out for a 24 storey tower. Monika is currently working on a large complex, high end residential a seven storey, 141 units, mixed tenure apartment block with two cores and a large shared underground car park at Chelsea Creek for St George. She is working at the most recent phase to progress into construction stage. She is responsible for package coordination, construction drawings and liaising with external consultants.
