Senior Architect, Project Leader

Natalia joined HTA as Project Architect in September 2011 since then Natalia has been involved in many high-profile projects in the practice and has led on a number of challenging bids, planning and pre-planning projects. Natalia was made a Senior Architect in 2017.

Natalia’s experience includes jobs of all RIBA stages from concept to delivery. In her role at HTA she’s responsible for the design and everyday management of projects as well as liaising with clients, consultants and local authorities.

Natalia has been involved in the design of a major private and affordable development in Brent, London: Stonebridge 29/30, the last phase of an extensive regeneration masterplan lead by Hyde Group. This project was granted planning consent in 2016 and is currently on site.

Natalia has also been involved in the detailed design of South Acton Phase 5 that was granted unanimous approval at Planning Committee in March 2015.

Natalia lead the successful detailed design of Dollis Valley Phase 1 and Phase 3, Phases of a major regeneration masterplan in Barnet (London) lead by L&Q and Countryside and designed in collaboration with Alison Brooks Architects. Phase 1 was granted planning permission in 2013 and completed on site in 2015, Phase 3 has been submitted for planning in 2017.

Natalia also leads on a number of pre-planning projects developed in collaboration with London Local Authorities such as site 21/23 Parkhouse Street for Southwark and High Level Drive for Lewisham.

Natalia has previously worked for JCMT Architects where she was project architect for a scheme in Harrow, London including private and extra care accommodations: Ewarth House and Abigale House.

Ewarth House and Abigale House won RTPI London Planning Award2010/11 “Best place to live” in January 2011.
