Steven works as a project architect at HTA and has been involved on a variety of projects. Primarily his role in the company has been pre construction working on a number of successful bids, planning applications and competitions. He has worked on projects ranging in scale from 11 up to 660 homes.

Prior to working at HTA, Steven worked at a number of smaller architecture firms working on all stages of projects from conception to completion on site. Primarily this was on high end, bespoke residential design although he also has experience working on Education and commercial projects.



Steven has served as project architect for a number of projects and planning applications at HTA including the planning application for 660 Units for Barratt on green belt land at Cane Hill, 70 units on the second phase of the Osprey Quay development in Dorset with ZeroC and 132 units in Kings Hill in Kent (having successfully worked on the bid for the project with Countryside). Steven was also part of the team that won the AJ Barratt Homes of the Future competition. 

Steven is currently working on a number of projects including a new 42 storey tower in Croydon, a planning application for 160 units in Chichester and a variety of bids.
