Thomas Lindblom

Senior Architectural Designer

Thomas began working at HTA in January 2015 as a Senior Architectural Designer. Prior to this, Thomas worked as Project Lead and masterplan coordinator of the redevelopment of and estate at the edge of Stanmore & Edgware, HA8 creating in the region of 1000 new homes for Barratt, and as a Design Manager for a Developer on Private Housing in The Bishops Avenue, London, N2 managing the day-to-day running of the working and detail drawings and overseeing the delivery architect and services engineer tender production information.

Thomas has experience in residential, mixed use projects, but has particular interest in regeneration. Working on Aylesbury Estate Site, SE17, the redevelopment in South London, one of the most significant urban renewal projects in London, the first phase consisting of some 800 homes, on feasibilities for Care Homes and Urban Sites and Reports for Laing O’Rourke.

Working in the Architecture and Design Team, has been involved in the Ealing Garages Sites, UB6 as Project Lead, the development and working drawings of Batch 1 which consists of 5 the sites within Ealing Borough providing approximately 150 new homes, with Batch 2 to follow with nearly 80 homes on a further 18 sites. Also working as Project Lead on Gabriel Square, St Albans, AL1 a private residential development which consists of 80 prestigious townhouses, duplexes, maisonettes and flats, around a raised central courtyard, with parking below and a public square and garden above, with a completion date planned for May 2017.

Thomas is currently working as Project Lead on Stonebridge, Brent, NW10 a private residential development which consists of 109 flats and maisonettes around a raised circular central courtyard, with parking below and a public square and gardens, as well as a community centre with a completion date planned for mid 2018.
