Queen's House

Our proposals for Queen’s House will repurpose an underused office building to provide new affordable housing in the centre of Twickenham, London, where demand for homes is high.

The development makes the most of the existing building, replacing the facades and giving it a fresh appearance that also brings it up to date with modern regulations and standards.

Forty years ago, the office development had left a sizeable gap in the adjacent street, and our new proposals repair this in a style appropriate to the surrounding conservation area.

Some of the office development was beyond repair, and this has been replaced with new development, complete with a roof top garden (at third floor) for residents' use.
