This multi award winning partnering project regenerated a Basingstoke estate following a stock transfer. The housing was designed as a kit of parts to enable variety of appearance and accommodation to be assembled from simple elements. Construction is in light gauge steel frame, clad in brickwork and rendered blockwork. Pitched roofs were finished in artificial slate, some incorporating HTA purpose designed factory fabricated pre-insulated dormer units.
