Following the Planning Team’s success at the RTPI Awards last year, HTA is featured in The Planner for our innovative work at College Road, Croydon.
Delivered in partnership with Tide, Outpost Management, and London Borough of Croydon, College Road redefines high-density living. It provides 817 homes in a 50-storey modular tower, alongside communal kitchens, co-working space, wellness areas, a cinema and gym. As The Planner highlights: “You’re not creating an isolated, inward-facing sub-community… there has been a range of broader community facilities.”
Our planning team was integral to shaping this outcome. Through early collaboration, inclusive strategy, and a people-focused planning process, we’ve helped to create a new benchmark for socially sustainable urban living.
