We were astonished and immensely proud to be awarded AJ100 Employer of the Year for an unprecedented third year running, reflecting our continued commitment to improved workplace practices. Our London studio at 75 Wallis Road recently won the ‘Adaptive Reuse into Office’ award at the AJ Retrofit & Reuse Awards. Featuring energy-efficient systems, sustainable materials, and innovative strategies, the studio not only reduces our carbon footprint but also sets a benchmark for sustainable design. At a time of chronic housing crisis, we delivered Phase 1 of Kidbrooke Park Road, providing 100% affordable, net-zero carbon council housing for Greenwich Council. We appointed a POE Lead to conduct in-depth research as part of a PhD thesis, contributing to an industry-wide Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) template for long-term accountability.
