Developed for Tide and Outpost Management Ltd, College Road is the world’s tallest volumetric building. It features two towers: Enclave: Croydon, a 50-storey co-living development with 817 studio apartments, and an adjoining 35-storey tower offering 120 affordable apartments.
The building connects East Croydon to the new cultural quarter through a colonnade enlivened by crafted public art, an integral part of the building’s striking architecture. Its architecture draws inspiration from Richard Seifert’s iconic NLA building, reflecting Croydon’s optimistic mid-century heritage. Enclave:Croydon offers generous communal spaces, including a spa, a high-end gym, a cinema, a music room, and co-working areas. These amenities are all topped with a Sky Garden on the 50th floor.
