Eden Dock is Highly Commended at the World Architecture Festival Awards!
Delivered for Canary Wharf Group and designed by Howells with landscape by HTA Design, Eden Dock is the only UK project to be shortlisted in the Landscape Category at WAF 2025.
The floating public realm achieves a 55% BNG, introduces 42 new trees and 80 resilient species, with planting designed for long term ecological stability. With a 100% uplift in predicted ecosystem service value, reduced urban heat island effect and 75% renewable energy use, Eden Dock delivers measurable benefits for people and the environment.
