Lovell Partnerships Ltd, London Borough of Sutton and HTA Design achieved planning permission for our Elm Grove regeneration, a town centre estate close to Sutton’s historic High Street.
The scheme will provide 276 homes, including 50% affordable housing, replacing 73 1970s properties that no longer serve the needs of the community.
In addition, the site will offer a range of landscaped spaces and amenities close to the high street. With work already starting on site, the first wave of new homes are anticipated from 2028.
