Greenford Quay has been shortlisted for the Build to Rent Awards in the Best Build to Rent Development (North / Midlands / London / South) category. Once derelict industrial land along the Grand Union Canal, the site has been transformed into a neighbourhood with new homes overlooking high-quality public realm.
HTA has played a central role in the project, leading on the masterplan as well as the design and delivery of three buildings within Greenford Quay. These buildings have delivered nearly 1,000 homes in under six years, with 75% of these provided as Build to Rent.
