Practice of the Year award recognises HTA’s commitment to design quality, environmental leadership, and industry-wide advocacy. It reflects our ambition to help shape a more inclusive and people-focused built environment.
In a year of enormous pressure for the housing sector, HTA delivered 100% affordable, net zero homes in Greenwich; launched pioneering collaborations; brought wild swimming to Canary Wharf; and became a registered B Corporation, achieving an exceptional score of 136.1, including the highest environmental score of any UK architecture practice.
