Social Value Award
Our shortlisted submission highlights four projects, Eden Dock, Kidbrooke Park Road North, Clare House, and the Interior Design Show Flat Competition at Winstanley. These demonstrate how housing, landscape design and regeneration can deliver lasting benefits for communities. We embed social value at every stage of the design process, from early engagement to post-occupancy, with a focus on equity, participation and wellbeing.
