Woodside Park for Pocket Living utilises a former TfL service yard to provide 86 affordable homes for first-time buyers in Barnet. Rich, red brickwork reflects the neighbouring St Barnabas Church and facades feature hit-and-miss brickwork that provides natural ventilation and offers snippets of view over the communal courtyard.

Kidbrooke Park Road North, built by Durkan for Royal Borough of Greenwich and Greenwich Builds delivers 122 homes for social rent alongside public realm, a nursery, and a community centre. Brick is central to the design and brings unity across distinct buildings, referencing the historic architecture of nearby Blackheath.

Eden Dock, for CWG and designed by Howells with landscape design by HTA, is a 1.55-hectare site that exemplifies nature-led placemaking and marks a transformative step in the area’s evolution. The project has created 55% biodiversity net gain within the dock’s boundary, facilitated by 770 sqm of floating islands and aquatic shelves that provide year-round habitats for pollinators, birds, and aquatic life.
