HTA has led the renovation of Sutton Estate in Chelsea, transforming four residential blocks within this 100 year old social housing development for Clarion Housing Group. Union Square is shortlisted in the Activation/Meanwhile space Category. Designed for Canary Wharf Group, this dynamic public realm at Wood Wharf supports year-round activity, a wide range of public use, and contributes to biodiversity, wellbeing, and the evolving neighborhood character.
