Kidbrooke Park Road North, shortlisted in the Housing Project (£25-50 million) category. Delivered for the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Greenwich Builds, Kidbrooke Park Road North sets a new benchmark for local authority-led housing. The scheme provides 122 net-zero, 100% affordable homes, social infrastructure, landscape, and public realm, all shaped by community engagement. This marks the first phase of a council-led programme set to deliver 445 homes, which will become the largest new council housing development in England.

Woodside Park, shortlisted in the Housing Project (up to £25 million) category. This is HTA’s fourth collaboration with Pocket Living, delivering 86 affordable homes on a narrow brownfield site beside Woodside Park station in Barnet. These homes are exclusively for first-time buyers living or working in Barnet, offering a route to home ownership. The design features a distinctive single-brick style with hit-and-miss brickwork. A cohesive red tone is achieved through mottled brick and colour-matched metal detailing, creating a striking presence that enhances both the station and the local area.

Eden Dock, shortlisted in the Landscape and Public Realm Project category. Open year-round, free to use, and fully accessible, Eden Dock transforms a once-inaccessible urban dock into a model for sustainable regeneration, delivering a 55% biodiversity net gain and a 100% improvement in predicted ecosystem service value. By reclaiming forgotten waterways as inclusive public spaces, the project combines ecological restoration with community-led placemaking in Canary Wharf.
