HTA is crowned AJ100 Employer of the Year

For a third year running, and fourth year overall, HTA Design has been awarded AJ100’s Employer of the Year award.

Recognised for our transparency, accountability and the strength of our workplace culture, the judges commented: “there’s a willingness to keep themselves on their toes and keep doing better. They continue to hold themselves to account for everything.”

Newly implemented employee benefits which were highlighted by AJ100 include 12 days a year of paid menstrual leave, paid menopause leave, miscarriage guidance, foster care leave, a 10 day working abroad policy with an extension to 20 days for those with caring responsibilities.

We are so proud to be recognised as AJ100 Employer of the Year 2024 and want to acknowledge the consistently hard work of our practice team who support HTA to achieve fantastic milestones like this.
