HTA has secured three shortlisting’s at both the Architects’ Journal Architecture Awards and the New London Awards!

Kidbrooke Park Road North, shortlisted in the AJ Housing Project (£25-50 million) category, and NLA Housing Category.

Delivered for the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Greenwich Builds, Kidbrooke Park Road North sets a new benchmark for local authority-led housing. The scheme provides 122 net-zero, 100% affordable homes, social infrastructure, landscape, and public realm, all shaped by community engagement. This marks the first phase of a council-led programme set to deliver 445 homes, which will become the largest new council housing development in England.

Woodside Park, shortlisted in the AJ Housing Project (Up to £25 million) category and NLA Housing Category.

This is HTA’s fourth collaboration with Pocket Living, delivering 86 affordable homes on a narrow brownfield site beside Woodside Park station in Barnet. These homes are exclusively for first-time buyers living or working in Barnet, offering a route to home ownership. The design features a distinctive single-brick style with hit-and-miss brickwork. A cohesive red tone is achieved through mottled brick and colour-matched metal detailing, creating a striking presence that enhances both the station and the local area.

Eden Dock, shortlisted in the AJ Landscape and Public Realm Project category and the NLA Public Spaces category.

Canary Wharf Group‘s Eden Dock, designed by Howells with landscape by HTA is open year-round, free to use, and fully accessible. It transforms a once-inaccessible urban dock into a model for sustainable regeneration, delivering a 55% biodiversity net gain and a 100% improvement in predicted ecosystem service value. By reclaiming forgotten waterways as inclusive public spaces, the project combines ecological restoration with community-led placemaking in Canary Wharf.
