HTA believes that a key pillar to advancing equality is open dialogue. So, to mark IWD we will be initiating conversations around gender equality that will give our team a chance to share their experiences and learn from those of others.
Across our studios we will be engaging our teams through prompts written by women at HTA. These conversation starters explore topics like “What are some of the biggest challenges that you have faced as a woman in the workplace?” and “What are some of the best practices you’ve seen or experienced in other organisations for gender equality?”.
