The London Society invited James Lord, Head of Landscape at HTA, to hold a tour of Canary Wharf’s emerging new green spaces starting at Eden Dock, weaving through Jubilee Park to Montgomery Square and ending in Wood Wharf.
Celebrating Canary Wharf’s embrace of re-greening to create welcoming neighbourhoods and environmental resilience, James explained how Eden Dock was terraformed to increase biodiversity and how the dock itself will adapt as the tress on each floating island grow.
