Designed by HTA and built by Durkan for Greenwich Borough Council and Greenwich Builds, the first phase delivers 122 net-zero, 100% affordable homes for local residents. It marks the first phase of a council-led programme that will provide 445 homes, set to become the largest new council housing development in England.
