HTA Planning worked with Islington Council and Levitt Bernstein Architects to transform the disused bus depot at Vorley Road into a scheme for new homes and community uses. By unlocking additional space through the removal of a long-planned through-route and guiding the project through complex site challenges and evolving fire safety regulations, the team delivered a resilient, well-integrated development that supports the regeneration of Archway Island.
