HTA Design’s Planning team is supporting Hackney Council’s latest drive to deliver high-quality, affordable homes in Hoxton. Working alongside Sergison Bates, who have submitted proposals for 90 Passivhaus-standard homes at Buckland Court and Cropley Court, HTA is providing expert planning consultancy to help guide these ambitious schemes through the approvals process.
The two new six-storey residential buildings will deliver a mix of social rent and shared ownership homes, set within enhanced green spaces designed to foster community and wellbeing. By bringing planning expertise to these complex infill sites, HTA is helping Hackney Council realise its vision of sustainable, design-led housing that meets local needs and strengthens neighbourhood identity.
