Another fantastic achievement for our Planning team at last week’s RTPI Planning Awards!
The team earned the Small Planning Consultancy of the Year award. Judges commended HTA’s remarkable commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. As part of a multidisciplinary team, HTA Planning exemplifies the art and science of planning, seamlessly integrating practice, academia, and community outreach.
The team was also awarded Excellence in Planning for Communities for their work on College Road. The judges highlighted the project’s innovative approach, describing it as “a high-density, exciting example of world-class sustainable architecture.” They commended HTA’s leadership in co-living design, noting that “being the first co-living scheme to be positively considered by the GLA demonstrates creativity and innovation, setting an example for future projects of this type.”
The Planning team has achieved an incredible milestone this year, winning five RTPI awards—three Regional and two National. What a wonderful way to close out a challenging yet highly rewarding year.
