HTA Design LLP is an award winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Communications Design, Sustainability, and Planning.

We are seeking a talented Architect with between 2-5 years experienced to join our busy team based in London. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and HTA’s quality aspirations. You will collaborate closely with a team of Architectural Assistants and receive support from Associates and Partners, reporting directly to the Project Leader, who oversees project delivery and client relationships.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:

  • ARB registration with 2–5 years post-Part 3 experience.
  • Passion for sustainable design and community-focused housing solutions.
  • Proven expertise in medium to large-scale mixed-use projects, including tall buildings, pre and post planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of RIBA Work Stages, project delivery life cycles, and construction methods for housing.
  • Strong technical detailing skills and understanding of UK building regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading delivery of low-complexity projects or managing parts of medium-complexity projects.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and client relations.
  • Leadership abilities, including mentoring and coaching team members.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proactive, adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator, InDesign, Lumion, Affinity, and Microsoft Office applications.
