As Head of Interior Design, you will bring creative vision, strategic oversight, and operational excellence to steer the delivery of innovative interior spaces that exceed client expectations. Collaborating closely with our partners, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You will develop design strategies aligned with market trends and business goals and oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and profitability. You will also build and expand our client relationships to secure new opportunities and long-term partnerships, and you will represent HTA’s Interiors team, working with the team to enhance HTA’s profile within the industry.
