Reflecting on 2025, it’s been an extraordinary year filled with impactful projects and proud moments for our team. We launched the first phase of Kidbrooke Park Road, England’s largest new build council housing scheme. Completed Sutton Estate in Chelsea, a sustainable retrofit that uses ground source hear pumps to reduce energy consumption. Won 36 new projects, secured planning for 22 projects and delivered HTA’s 13th modular project with Tide, Enclave Acton.
All while winning 17 design awards, sharing our expertise worldwide and experiencing the immense pride of being awarded AJ100 Practice of the Year!
