HTA Design is delighted that The Gilbert, Greystar’s new European HQ in Islington, has been shortlisted for the SBID International Design Awards 2024 in the category Office Design Over 2,000 SqM.
Delivered in collaboration with Morgan Lovell and Elizabeth Stuart, the bespoke fit-out showcases a refined workplace vision that balances functionality with high-quality design. Highlights include a striking leather-clad reception desk, floor-to-ceiling walnut panelling, and a complex freestanding steel-and-stone spiral staircase, a 12-ton centrepiece engineered through close coordination and specialist craftsmanship
