HTA Design is delighted to announce that The Paddock, a revitalised public space in central Chatham, has won the BALI National Landscape Award in the category of Hard Landscaping Construction – Over £500,000. The prestigious accolade recognises outstanding achievement in landscape design and delivery across the UK.
Commissioned by Medway Development Company, The Paddock transforms a previously underused urban site into a richly layered, biodiverse and accessible public space. The scheme celebrates Chatham’s history while providing much-needed green infrastructure and civic amenity in the heart of the town.
