HTA has received two shortlists in this year Housing Design Awards.
The Sutton Estate is shortlisted in the Complete Category. HTA has led the renovation of Sutton Estate in Chelsea, transforming four residential blocks within this 100 year old social housing development for Clarion Housing Group. The project delivers 86 sustainable and 100% affordable homes while conserving the Edwardian Baroque character of the estate established in 1913. Durkan Civic
Braund Mansions is shortlisted in the Complete Category. As the inaugural phase of the Winstanley and York Road regeneration, this project transforms vacant land into 126 climate-conscious, 100% affordable homes. The development responds to a clear brief from Richmond and Wandsworth Councils to deliver high-quality homes for existing residents, enabling the renewal of the wider estate and unlocking subsequent regeneration phases.
