We’re excited to share that our recently completed project, Woodside Park for Pocket Living, is featured in the Architects’ Journal!
Located near Woodside Park Station in North London, the development provides 86 affordable, one-bedroom homes designed for single occupants. The project maximises a compact brownfield site with a focus on thoughtful design and accessibility.
The architecture responds to the character of the locally listed St Barnabas Church through rich red mottled brickwork and intricate detailing, creating a distinctive identity. With communal spaces, gardens, and a central courtyard framed by twin five-storey buildings, the scheme creates inviting spaces for residents to connect and interact.
