Engaging green wall installation with a local school at Wensley Road, Reading
HTA’s latest engagement session as part of our design at Wensley Road, a net-zero carbon scheme, infilling a local authority estate with family homes and an extensive multi-generational amenity space.
HTA worked with a local school (St Mary & All Saints C of E Primary School) to provide an opportunity on site for children to engage and see immediate impact of their contribution. Our teams spent the day designing, decorating and planting in collected plastic bottles to be part of a green wall installation on the construction hoarding around the site.
Our comms team have previously created green walls on construction hoardings at the Winstanley & York Road estate working with the client to grow lavender as a nod to the site’s heritage (press here)
