HTA Design secure four shortlists in the Planning Awards 2020
The HTA Planning team have successfully secured four shortlists in the Planning Awards 2020.
Award for planning for affordable housing - Sheerwater Canalside Regeneration
The redevelopment of Sheerwater through this new scheme is an exemplar example of how listening to feedback from existing residents of a place can help deliver a better residential development for an area.
Award for planning for affordable housing - Local authority-led affordable housing in Islington
HTA Planning has gained planning permission for nearly 1,000 homes across 25 challenging sites since 2009. Islington is a dense Borough with limited land for new homes. Yet, the Council has set an example of how infill sites can make a significant contribution to delivery of new homes.
Award for fostering a diverse planning team - HTA Design Planning Team

Award for use of new technology in planning - Tide/Vision Modular Offsite Construction
HTA Planning, with modular construction expert Tide Construction, have been in the forefront of a new form of construction, off-site modular construction. HTA Design and Tide have secured planning permissions for over 3,000 new homes which Tide have delivered on site.
