HTA marks Mental Health Awareness Week

The theme this year was Anxiety. We all experience Anxiety in varying degrees, affecting everyone in different ways. HTA put together a week of activities, experiences and workshops aimed at equipping us all with the skills to make anxieties manageable in day to day life.

From mindful walks, yoga, and sketch club to HTA's Kitchen team putting together a menu centered on brain fueling ingredients proven to support mental health. We finished the week with a group of us running at the Hackney Half Marathon. In addition, HTA has increased our mindful activities programme as well as the number of wellbeing champions to be on hand for any staff needing a chat.
