HTA secure three project shortlists in the British Home Awards

Development of the year (over £10m) with 3 projects!

We’re extremely excited to be shortlisted with:

  1. Trinity Square
  2. Mulberry Park
  3. Union Wharf

Trinity Square: Trinity Square, Barnet exemplifies positive intensification of suburban London with a gentle density of 110 dwellings/hectare delivering 404 homes at a scale and architecture that is both familiar and appealing.

Mulberry Park: Mulberry Park brings town centre density to the suburban edge of historic Bath, helping to create a more sustainable family neighbourhood. The concept for Mulberry Park is to establish a new model for achieving greater density in suburban developments, adapting the qualities of traditional housing typologies so prevalent in the city of Bath, to meet the needs of contemporary family living.

Union Wharf (submitted jointly with Assael):

Delivering 249 ‘Build to Rent’ homes, an array of residents’ amenities and an extensive public realm, Union Wharf is a pioneering development that offers renters in London an alternative way of living.

Union Wharf is also shortlisted for Best Community Living & Apartment Development of the Year!

Fingers crossed for the 7th October when the winners will be announced.
