Kings Hill, Kent receives planning permission
HTA has recently gained planning permission for Kings Hill, Kent with Countryside.
The proposal comprises of 132 homes of which 23 are 2 bedroom apartments and the rest are houses ranging from 3-5 bedrooms. This site will be the first parcel to be developed in the third phase of Kings Hills development, a new town on a former RAF base which has been constructed since the late 1980’s.
Kings Hill is heavily centred on its generous landscaping which this site connects into via a new landscaped square at the heart of the development whilst the larger houses have views out to the adjacent Ancient Woodland.
