Anna Nikolaidou

Architect

Anna joined HTA in 2018 and has been involved in several different residential projects since. In 2019 she became a member of the ARB. Her role as an architect involves the design and day-to-day management of projects while coordinating with consultants and the wider team.

She holds an MSc in Architectural Conservation from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to her studies at UoE she had gained professional experience while working at an architectural practice in Greece. She was involved in renovation design work and was responsible for developing different design options for both domestic and commercial projects.

Anna undertook her architectural education at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, where she obtained her MArch. Her final diploma project investigated the revival of a former industrial site.

While working at HTA she was part of the team working on 25-33 Parkhouse Street site redevelopment where she was responsible for the design of the elevations and the delivery of the visualisations. She was also involved in the planning application of Tower and Ashbourne House site redevelopment in Slough where she participated in the production of the elevation drawings and visualisations.

Anna is currently working on a residential development scheme that will provide 200 homes in South East London. Anna joined the project from the early concept development stages and as an architect she is part of the team leading the design.
