Audrey joined HTA in 2020, having spent over 20 years leading architectural projects at a senior level across healthcare, education, elderly living and housing sectors. She became Delivery Director in 2021, with a remit to instil good commercial and project management practice across all post planning projects.
She has initiated a regime of monthly surgeries with all architectural Project Leaders to carefully manage fee, programme and project risks. She also holds a weekly resource meeting for all post planning projects to ensure that projects have the appropriate resource and experience allocated to them.
Audrey has an interest in construction contracts and works with the Partners and Technical Directors to see that appropriate project scope and responsibilities are agreed. She takes an keen interest in developments in the construction industry and, with the technical director team, aligns HTAs agreed responsibilities with good current practice.
She believes that good project management is an essential component in delivering a high quality of service to our clients and in creating exemplary architecture and ultimately great places to live.
