Bernadette joined HTA at the beginning of 2018 and since then she has been leading the design from stage 4 to 7 for a new residential scheme of fifty-three flats in Longheath Gardens, one of the development part of Croydon Smaller Sites Programme.

Alongside developing, detailing and coordinating package information, she has a good track record of liaising with contractors, consultants and authorities to coordinate the design process and ensure the projects are designed and delivered to high standard and in adherence to UK Building Regulations and NHBS Standards

Bernadette completed her studies and qualified as architect in Italy. During her work experience in Italy, she was mainly involved in restoration and conservation projects, as listed buildings damaged during the earthquake in 2009 in the city of L’Aquila.
