Bojana joined HTA Design in January 2020. Prior to joining HTA, Bojana worked at CZWG architects in London where she gained valuable experience on residential/mixed UK based schemes in early RIBA design and planning stages, feasibility studies and tendering using BIM. She has been an integral part of a project team from an early concept stage towards submitting a successful reserved matters planning application for an exemplar 21st century sustainable garden suburb selected one of the most advanced NHS England Healthy New Town demonstrator sites. The site is part of a newly developed Masterplan located North-East from Oxford.
She was also involved in preparing a hybrid planning application for a mixed-use scheme in Tower Hamlets, London, comprising a Community Hub, a 3-form Primary School, circa 2000 homes across all tenures, circa 6500m2 flexible floor space, a new Petrol filing station and Bus layover facilities, new ASDA supermarket store and highest quality landscaped public realm. Her tasks included BIM coordination with consultants, drawings and graphic content for pre-planning meetings with local authorities and public consultations.
Bojana’s work at HTA is focused on bid, concept and planning stages of projects ranging from large scale high rise urban masterplanning – Joyce&Snells to smaller suburbian developments as part of the PlaceCraft team.
She currently works with a team towards submitting a planning application for a high-rise landmark building located in Kingston upon Thames.
